Transcription Service
Real time Transcription Service – this is a live service where the transcriber attends the venue with the client to provide the service. NTS transcribers have fast typing speeds, are trained to process information into a clear, concise and readable transcript in real time. The transcript is spell checked, formatted and quality checked by our editor. This live service can be used for Workplace Investigations, Mediation Interviews, Gardai Interviews, HSE Interviews and General Meetings. Please note that this is not a verbatim service.
Audio Transcription Service – this is a verbatim service and allows for flexibility to dictate in the office, at home or on the move. An audio file is emailed to NTS for typing and the final transcript is formatted, spell checked, and quality checked by our editor before returning to the client.
